Asra Hürmet, 19, türkisch, zurzeit in Türkei sucht einen Job als Au Pair in Japan, USA, Großbritannien & Südkorea

Hello,
I'm Asra, I am just a High school graduated student living in Turkiye. I was graduated at 2022 but i didn't want to go university directly because i wanted to experience life and save money because my family also couldn't afford to send me another city by myself.
And i think it was a good decision since it's really hard to get a job in my country even if u graduated from university, unfortunately.
I worked for 6 months at sushi restaurant named sushico, then i quit for my online english lessons. Now i found another job it's called Sopung restaurant. In turkey most of waitresses getting more payment than teachers, so for saving money i prefer that kind of jobs. I have 2 little sister, i had three but she passed away because of down syndrome. My youngest sister is 5, middle is 13. My parents are used to work always so i was the babysitter of my sisters. I kinda feel like their mom now. I grew up with them. And i always wanted to visit other countries, recently i was searching about it and i found about Au Pair. It seemed a good way to visit overseas economically and safely. For me babysitting is kind of job, most people think it's easy, but it's not. Since when i was 10 i took care of my sisters, even tho they are my sisters my smallest behavior effects them so easily. So i realized how important it is. Their personality and future actually up to their childhood.
So in conclusion i think its a good way for me, while i'm doing something i already like and have experience i also can experience a new country, new people. Even the thinking about this makes me excited.
"Why the candidate should host me?"
Wish i could explain this face to face? Texting makes me feel kinda dry person. Anyway.
I love talking and having conversations with people, especially if they don't speak my native language. This is why i keep choosing jobs that i can meet and speak with foreign people. I think in any kind of relationship, communication is key. For example let's say i have 20 years of experience for babysitting but i have no good relations or communications with people, Am i really enough for taking care of a children? And living with new people? Definitely no.
Even when i'm working first thing i care is nice communication with people. I learned that at restaurants. Making people happy just with the way i talk is makes me really happy. Even with children. Sometimes they might be wild and not listen us, my siblings are like that sometimes especially youngest one. And even for her when she getting mad and doesn't listen to me i just talk about candy bars and chocolate and she immediately starts listening me carefully.
Thats why i said communication is key. I know how to deal with any kind of people and children. Maybe it doesn't seem realistic but i believe myself. I met and deal with so many kind of people, even with worst.
And i think i am qualified and experienced enough for this.
Hope that i can meet with good people as i expected.
