Hi! My name is Polina, I am 20 years old. I was born and live in St. Petersburg, the second largest city in Russia. My family consists of mom, dad and two older brothers. The eldest already has his own family, in which my nephews were born. It was with them that I got my first experience with children. Every summer, my brother and his wife brought their children to our house, and I spent time with them, caring for them and playing with them.
I am currently studying at a university (bachelor's degree), and before that I graduated from college with honors.

At school, I enjoyed learning English, and I even took extra classes to learn it faster and talk to other people. I remember that when the World Cup was held, many tourists from other countries came to our city to watch the match. Many of them spoke English. I asked my dad to come with me to the city center, and I wasn't afraid to talk to foreigners in English for the first time. I tried to tell the foreigners something about our sights and asked if they understood me well in English. Of course, I was very happy when I received a positive assessment from them about my English skills. Since that day, I started looking for even more options to gain experience in spoken English and saw that there is an international program where you can go to the USA and study at an American school for 1 year. I was preparing hard to participate in it, but unfortunately, half a year before my trip, the Covid epidemic occurred and my trip never took place.
But despite this, I do not lose hope: my love of traveling is stronger than many obstacles. This program provides a unique opportunity to see another country, get to know its mentality and see the world, as well as gain valuable communication experience and help people who want their child to be looked after and safe, as well as to find a friend.

I have experience dealing with the children of my older brother. I like spending time with them, teaching them something new, explaining complex things in simple language.
It is important for me to become a friend with your child, with whom they will be on the same wavelength and will be able not only to have fun and learn something, but also to talk about any topic that concerns him. I will try to help resolve a conflict situation (at school, with friends, reconcile after a quarrel with parents), calm down, and cheer up.
In addition, I can teach your child what I can do myself: ballroom and modern dancing, cooking, I can teach him English, teach him Russian.
As for everyday life, I can say that I will be able to cook a meal for a child, wash dirty clothes, clean his room, walk with him, pick him up from school and take him to extra classes.
I am polite, accurate, very responsible, and it is important for me to perform my tasks well. The child's parents can be sure that he is under supervision and that everything is fine with him.
