# My Aupair experience in Austria
Since February 1st, 2024, I've been working as an au pair in Innsbruck, Austria. I've thoroughly enjoyed my time with my host family's children, two girls aged 4 and 8.

# My childcare experience
Growing up, I spent lots of time caring for my younger brother, who is eight years younger than me, and my four younger cousins. From the age of 8 to 15, I often helped my grandmother look after my siblings during weekends and summer holidays. This involved playing games with them, bringing a smile to their face, and performing household chores like shopping for groceries, hand-washing clothes and dishes, cooking, and cleaning. So, rest assured, I am well-equipped to handle light housework.

Additionally, I gained valuable experience by working at a childcare institution for two months. My responsibilities included picking up children from elementary school, assisting them with their homework, and engaging in various activities with them. The group consisted of 13 kids aged between 7 and 13 years old, and I formed strong bonds with them. Some girls were so fond of our time together that they even asked to take photos with me, which you can see in my profile.

Furthermore, I have worked as a private tutor throughout my undergraduate and graduate studies. I had the pleasure of assisting a 7-year-old girl, a 10-year-old boy, and a 14-year-old boy. These experiences have not only reinforced my patience and compassion but have also further shaped my identity.

# What makes me an ideal Au pair
Given my rich experience in childcare, I'm well-equipped to care for your children and help with light household duties like meal preparation, laundry, and shopping. What sets me apart is my genuine desire to treat your children as if they were my own younger siblings. As an Education student, I appreciate the importance of nurturing children's curiosity and creativity, and I enjoy participating in a variety of activities with them, such as painting, baking, playing games, and outdoor walking.
