My name is Zehra, and I’m a 25-year-old English teacher from Turkey. I’m passionate about working with children and excited about the opportunity to be part of your family as an Au Pair.

Becoming an Au Pair combines two things I love most: supporting children’s growth and experiencing different cultures. My TESOL certification and teaching experience have equipped me with the skills to create engaging, educational, and fun activities for kids. When I volunteered in Romania, I worked with children from diverse backgrounds, which not only deepened my love for childcare but also taught me the value of cultural exchange and adaptability.

I have had the pleasure of caring for children of various ages, providing them with a safe and nurturing environment. One of my most rewarding experiences was looking after Ekrem and Beste, aged 4 and 7, for 10 months. I picked them up from school, prepared meals, and helped with homework, incorporating fun and interactive methods like storytelling, arts and crafts, and educational games. I also stayed overnight when their parents traveled, ensuring their routines were maintained, from bedtime stories to meal prep. Additionally, I cared for an infant, Eylül, managing her daily routines such as feeding, diaper changes, and bath time. I engaged her in age-appropriate activities like sensory play and singing, focusing on her comfort and developmental milestones. Each experience has enhanced my childcare skills and deepened my passion for working with children.
