My experience as an Aupair in my current Austrian Host family,

Currently, I am caring for two children, Leni, who is 3 years old, and Jonas, who is 5. Both of them attend kindergarten. I have free time from morning until 3 PM. During my work hours, their parents ask me to play and engage with Jonas and Leni. I ensure they stay safe while allowing them the freedom to explore and follow them wherever they go. We enjoy activities such as playing with Lego, Barbie, and Holle, swinging, building sandcastles, drawing, painting, playing hide and seek, and dressing up in costumes, among other things. I don’t bathe them or tuck them to bed, that is done by my host parents. All I have to do is make memories filled with love and laughter with them. I fold children's clothes from time to time and the cleaning lady comes to clean every week. My host parents have paid for my language, and phone and also have given my gym keys. I have two days off and on the off days, I sometimes travel with the host family or travel around Austria.
