hello!
My name is Julia, I am 19 and I live in Edinburgh. I've finished high school and am now taking a year out to take a break from studying and to travel and experience other cultures. I have just spent 5 months in Denmark and so I know what it's like to be away from home. I spent my time there getting to know the country and people better. I have two older sisters, who I am very close with and enjoy spending time with when they are home. I often babysit my cousin Zach who is 8, I love hanging out with him and we have a good laugh. I am really open to trying new things and would love to hear from you :)

Experience

My main reason for wanting to become an au pair is to experience living somewhere new and learn about the culture while improving my French - I would really like to get my French up to a higher level and potentially obtain B2 French. I would also love to share some of my own culture with your family and am happy to speak English or French with you. I think it sounds like an amazing experience which I would learn a lot from. I would love to become a part of the family and I really enjoy spending time with kids and so I think this job would suit me.
