Flora (18 / Ms. ), Austrian, Child Care Worker living in Austria looking for Au Pair job in France for 10-15 Months

my name is Flora, I am 18 years old and live in Hard. My hometown is on Lake Constance in western Austria. I would like to introduce myself to you as a future au pair, as I am very interested in spending a year in Paris, getting to know French culture better and improving my language skills.

I successfully completed my high school diploma last year and am currently working in a kindergarten. There I am gaining a lot of experience in dealing with children. I love working with children and encouraging their creativity and curiosity. I am convinced that I can be a good support for your family as an au pair.

In my free time I enjoy creative activities such as drawing, playing the guitar and dancing. My hobbies offer a good opportunity to get in touch with children and teach them new things.

I find it easy to gain trust and build positive relationships. My open and friendly nature allows me to integrate well. I have a positive attitude and enjoy working with children, and I can create a good atmosphere.

I learned French for 4 years at school. My language level is more than just basic.

What I expect from a host family is, above all, a warm and open atmosphere in which I can feel comfortable and have the opportunity to improve my French language skills. I want a family that will accept me as part of their everyday life and help me settle into the new environment. Respectful interaction and mutual support are very important to me.

I hope to have many enriching experiences during an au pair year. I look forward to getting to know the life and culture of another country. As a child, I visited Paris with my family. I have fond memories of it. What was special was that I got to know my great-cousins, who live in Paris. My mother was also an au pair in Paris and showed us the city through her eyes.
