Hi!
My name is Karin and I'm from Austria. I'm currently taking my baccalaureate, which I'll finish in June. Starting this fall, I'd like to improve my French by becoming an au pair in a French-speaking country. I've been learning French for six years, both at school and in my free time. Unfortunately, at school, we did a lot of written exercises, not oral ones. That's why I want to improve my spoken French.
I've already babysat (3 children, ages 6-14) with great pleasure. In addition, I give private lessons in German (also for children with another mother tongue), French, and math. The gratitude of my students motivates me a lot.
Other people often say that I'm intelligent, funny, and a little direct (without being rude). My success at school confirms this.
In my free time, I like to read, play sports, and do textiles like sewing or knitting. I don't have a driver's license yet, but I will get one this summer.
