I (Em) am studying to be a midwife and so spend the majority of my time on placements and on call. I work long hours supporting mums birthing their babies and so need to be able to run out the door with 5 minutes notice and know that our home will continue to be cared for and our kids will be well cared for. We need somebody to take care of our youngest Winter (2 year) 3 days a week, our middle Imogen (4 years) 1 day a week and take care of preschool and school drop offs and pick ups for Imogen and Teddy our eldest who will is 6. We like to keep our home clean and tidy so need you to help us maintain that so that we can all enjoy it, and help prepare lunchboxes for the children and some meals for them, as well as helping with their washing etc. Two days per week you will have no children at home as well as having almost all of your weekends off so you have lots of time in your week to hang out with friends, go to the gym, explore Auckland and enjoy your hobbies. We need you to work super hard when you’re on and in return we provide you with a car, petrol, meals and accomodation, internet, a phone and generous pocket money and lots of free time! We do need you to be adaptable and keen to help, organised and positive as the on call nature of my role means that sometimes I won’t know when I’ll be home and will need you to jump in to keep our household flowing! :)
