Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello, I am looking for an aupair, care giver for my 83 old mother in Berlin. She is a nice person suffering from forgetfulness. Currently she basically needs help regarding taking the medicine pills in the morning and in the evening, doing the shoping, keeping the flat clean.
The flat has 3 rooms located in the northern city of Berlin. The city center (e.g. for language schools) can be reached comfortably by public transport. I can over to use her car if a license is available.

Accommodation

The flat has three rooms. For the start the smaller room is for au pair. Optionally I can organize change in the bigger room. There is one shared bathroom with shower. Optionally my mothers car can be used if a driving license is available. Public transport to the city center stops right before the flat. Wifi is available.
