Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear future aupair,
We are a small family of three: Sasha, the 10-year-old older sister, Eva, the 8-year-old younger sister, and me, the dad.
Since my wife left, we've received help from the girls' nanny, who is currently traveling the world, and then from our first aupair, Rachel, who will be returning home in a few months.
We are looking for an affectionate and independent person who will be able to support my daughters, who are themselves very affectionate.
They are quite well-behaved and very courageous girls, just like their mother.
We live in a house in Caudéran, a quiet neighborhood of Bordeaux, with a small garden and a small outbuilding for the aupair.
A 5-minute walk away, there is a bus to the city center.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can be quite independent to take the girls to school in the morning, pick them up in the evening when I'm away, and care for them, sometimes for several nights in a row without me.
There are many people around the girls: maternal grandparents, godmothers, and friends, who are often there to help.
When I'm there, I try to take care of the house as much as possible, which gives the au pair a lot of free time.
The girls are often with their godmothers or grandparents on weekends if I'm away. The au pair's work is mainly done during the week, and four out of five weekends are free for her.
I would like this presence to also be an opportunity for the girls to discover a new culture, and I am very interested in it being an opportunity for her to improve her English.
