Work abroad in Annalisa's family for 12-24 Months starting from Nov 2025 as an Au Pair to take care of 1 children of 1 - 5 years old in Cagliari, Sardinia Italy

As our au pair, your primary responsibility will be to care for Sebastián during the times he is not at school. This includes engaging him in a variety of activities and ensuring his personal needs are met. You will accompany him to his extracurricular activities and playdates, fostering his interests and helping him thrive. Additionally, we will need your support with babysitting in the evenings on 2 to 3 nights a week, where you'll be responsible for preparing snacks and overseeing his bedtime routine.

Our family values a limited screen time policy, allowing only a few hours of television each week. We believe in fostering creativity and active play, which will be an essential part of Sebastián's experience with you. From Monday to Friday, Sebastián is at school from 8:15amAM to 4:15PM, during which time he enjoys lunch provided by the school. Your evenings will involve caring for him on designated nights, where you will help maintain his daily routine, including preparing him for bedtime.

In addition to childcare, you will also be asked to assist with daily tasks related to the upkeep of our home. This may include light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up play areas, doing some laundry, and ensuring that common spaces are kept organized and clean. For major cleaning tasks, we have a person who comes in once or twice a week to handle deeper cleaning, so your focus will primarily be on light maintenance and keeping things tidy on a daily basis.

We value family time and enjoy taking trips together, and we would love for you to join us on these adventures! We will, of course, cover your room and the costs of your flights when traveling. I value order in the house, good manners, strong higiene, initiative and a progressive outlook on life and the world.

On weekends, we prioritize spending quality time together as a family. We often have planned activities, either as a nuclear family or with our close-knit extended family. You'll have the chance to participate in these outings and build lasting memories with Sebastián.

Approximately every 1 to 1.5 months, I travel for work in Latin America for about a week. During these trips, you'll play a significant role in preparing Sebastián for school and handling the day-to-day routines we have established. While I am away, Sebastián's dad usually stays in the city, and our family, including my sister, mom, and niece, will be available to support you in caring for him.
I work primarily from home in my home office, which allows for flexibility in our daily lives, making it possible to enjoy road trips while balancing work. We are excited to welcome you into our home and look forward to you becoming an important part of our family life!
