Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi dear, we live in a seaside city right in downtown, at only 50 meters from the beach where usually in summer time we like to spend most of our time with the kids. The two girls fully speak English and we prefer a fluent in English so that they may keep it good. We don't smoke, no pets.
Bus to main city run every 15 minutes, trains from our city may connect you to any destination (Rome is reachable in less than 3 hours by direct train). Train station is 300 meters from home.
Every Monday morning the local market run all the morning and is nice to look there where they sell all kind of goods.
We like to spend some days as tourists, there are many touristic location around us, like Senigallia, Fano, Rimini, or we may decide to go all together to visit a city like Rome or Venice.

Job Description

Just need to help me with kids when needed, no need to do any other job that usually I do by myself, except for your own room ofcourse.
Speaking in English is all we ask.
The little one cannot speak, so he need an additional effort from all us, he does therapy every day, so you may take care of the girls at the beach while I bring him there or I go to the supermarket for food and other daily shopping.

We have a tiny house right in downtown as this was our summer house, we may provide a good accommodation in a two room attic with your personal toilet and shower, air conditioning, fridge, microwave and an induction cooking spot.
Washer and dryer are available in the main home. Bike also is available.
