As our au pair, you will be a loving and reliable part of our family, helping us care for our 4-year-old son and our newborn baby (due soon). Your main responsibilities will focus on the children's well-being and supporting our daily routines. While life can be busy—we also run a company—we always prioritize family time and will work with you to create a balanced, respectful schedule.

Typical Responsibilities Include:
Helping with morning and evening routines (getting dressed, brushing teeth, etc.)

Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children

Playing, reading, and engaging in creative or outdoor activities with our son

Helping with preschool drop-off/pick-up (if needed)

Light household tasks related to the children (e.g. tidying toys, folding laundry)

Occasional babysitting in the evening (as agreed in advance)

Supporting transitions with the newborn (feeding, naptime help, soothing, etc.)

Being a caring role model and part of our family life

Preferred Skills and Qualities:
Loving, patient, and responsible

Experience with small children and/or infants

Open to learning and adapting to our family’s rhythm

Comfortable communicating openly and kindly

Speaking German is a plus (one of us is a German speaker!)

Enjoys being active and doing things with children

Willingness to help in a flexible, respectful household
