Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello! We are a family with two daughters and a son (10, 8 snd 6 years old) who are looking forward to sharing our home with an Au Pair. We live in Las Rozas (Madrid), a large town (96,000 inhabitants) about 20 km from Madrid, well connected by bus and suburban train. Las Rozas has many green areas and also sports areas. We live in a community of neighbors with a private garden area with a swimming pool, tennis, futsal and basketball courts. In Las Rozas there is an Official Language School, in addition to numerous academies. We are looking for an Au Pair who can help us at home with the children and related tasks, speaking in English with them so that they learn the language naturally.

We have had four Au Pairs from the US and Germany, and the experience was great!

By the way! The mother has awesome memories of the three years American Au Pairs were in her home when she was a child.

Job Description

We would like our Au Pair to live with us in a natural way and help us in the general tasks of taking care of the children, speaking in English with them all the time so that they learn the language in a natural way. Basically playing with them, taking them out to the park, helping them get ready to go to school, sometimes walking them to school and picking them up, sometimes babysitting if the parents go out... And also some help to do school homework, especially the oldest and the middle (10 and 8 years old), who do art, social sciences, and natural sciences in English, apart from English language homework.

Accommodation

Own room (about 13 sqm) with large window (2 meters) and another smaller window (80cm), desk and TV in the room, and own bathroom with shower. Wifi throughout the house.
We live in a semi-detached house with a rear garden of 80 square meters and a front terrace of 50 square meters. The private common area of the neighboring community has a large swimming pool, tennis, soccer and basketball courts, as well as a children's playground and a huge garden.
