Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

We would be happy to welcome you into our family of four starting February 2026, in Rome Italy. My name is Julia, I am mom to Filippo who is 4 years old and currently pregnant expecting a new baby in March. I am Austrian and my husband is Italian. We speak English, Italian and German in our house. We live in a beautiful calm and very green part of Rome with a huge park in walking distance and public transport to reach the city center in only 20min. We are looking for someone that can support me throughout the day mainly with Filippo, but to also give me a hand with the little one when needed. Filippo will be your main responsibility. Taking and picking him up from school, taking him to the park or children’s birthday parties and just being a great reference point for him.

Job Description

we are looking for someone that can give us a hand with the kids and experience Italian culture first hand in our house. We are a very active family, who loves to plan fun activities and be in the outdoors. We enjoy great food and game nights. The Au-Pair would be mainly giving a hand with our older son. Bringing him and taking him to school , taking him to the park in the afternoon and help out with the little one.
