As a family, we have a long-held dream to relocate to Portugal within the next two years. In the meantime, we thought it would be a wonderful opportunity to welcome a Portuguese au pair or student into our home to share their culture and language with our children.

We have three children, two of whom live with us full time. O is 16 and preparing to begin college this September. J is our lively and affectionate soon-to-be 4-year-old who attends nursery full time on weekdays. He’s well-mannered, full of energy, and absolutely loves to engage with others.

We’re keen for both children to develop an appreciation for Portuguese traditions and language. We’re looking for an au pair who is enthusiastic, and ready to join our household. we are very hands on parents so not looking for someone to do everything. Time with the children to learn your language and babysit 1 night a week.
