Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello,
We are a family of 4 living Switzerland, but in next 2 months we will move to south of France. We have little boy who is now 2y old born in June 2023. He loves animals, cars and books and His baby brother born in April 2025.
We also stay regularly in Czech Republic or travel to Belgium, Italy.

Note: with a valid visa salary is gross. As we have the main residence in Czech Republic and spend time there, the visa will be provided by CZ.
Aupair/nanny who wants to start ASAP will have her own room. We would like also consider option, that nanny would like to come and get to know the family first of course paid by us (travel expenses).

Job Description

We see the au pair as an additional member to the household, like a bigger sister to the little ones who can mainly assist mummy.

The tasks would be helping with the who little ones, oliva and to keep the house in order. With dad running a business, and mom trying to take care of the baby boy(s), it is sometimes a challenge to keep things as tidy as we would love to.

We look for someone to help mummy as well with the household as by regularly take care of the boys (take him outside for play and walk, feed, read books) when mum or dad are carrying out household tasks or attending business or other activities. We would also love to have some time just for each other, go for dinner or do other activities, while you would stay at home with boys.

We do not expect someone to be taking care of the child full time (mornings, afternoons, evening, nights) but rather you to help with a mix of things… actually the usual stuff that happens in a house.
