Our newly renovated apartment, near the Second Ring Road, has a private room and is close to bus and subway stops. You can cook your own meals or join us for home-cooked meals. We have two houses, one of which was newly renovated in April 2006. If possible, you could live in the new house, which has its own private room. You can occasionally pick up your sister from school, which is 500 meters away. You can also play with her toys, games, read picture books, and go for walks with her. After school, you can accompany her to learn English, practice speaking, read, and communicate. You don't have to do a lot of housework. We plan weekend outings. My sister and mom enjoy dancing and sports, including swimming, hiking, and running, so you can join them. You can also plan your own activities; we can discuss this in advance. Our family of five: Dad, Mom, Sister, Brother, and Grandma, live in two houses 500 meters apart. Dad is a civil servant in the district government, Mom works for a private listed company, and Grandma is retired and takes care of my brother. Our family is lively, kind, and friendly. We proactively communicate any issues and are open to discussion.
