Taking care of me who currently can walk with a crutch inside the house and need a power wheelchair while outside. I will need help with laundry, assist dressing to work as a doctor (only outer layer), preparing meals, grocery shopping, light housework, stretching, rehabilitation, and help exercise in the water. The aupair should be able to drive and not smoke. No need for special training. The job is more like companion and light housekeeper. However, well-organized and clean habit are preferable.

Weekday, start with stretching (I teach you how), prepare breakfast, I can take a shower and dress inner layer myself but need help with dressing outer layer, then drive to drop me at the hospital to work and free afternoon, come to pick me up in the evening, prepare dinner (I eat only fruit) and set up CPAP machine. That's it for the day. Sunday is a day-off after stretching and preparing breakfast (lunch & dinner in the fridge), come back home before 2100. I also like to exercise in the pool and need your help (I show you how) 2-3 days a week.
