Hi, my name is Samantha, I have extensive skills and a background in childcare. I am currently completing a Bachelor of early childhood education and also have volunteered at primary schools, and sporting clubs where I babysat kids. I have an extremely good work ethic.
My ideal family match would be with a supportive family who let me become a part of their family while I am there. I would ideally want to look after a child between the age of 5-18. Have my own room and bathroom, be able to share meals with the family. Occasionally go out together as a family on family outings. I would love to fulfill all my duties as an Au Pair and still have 1-2 days off a week to do some exploring. I enjoy taking care of children because children have such enthusiasm about the world, like little fountains of joy. It is fun to share and experience there exuberance for life. Children are also so creative and imaginative which I find so fascinating to observe.
If you were to host me I would become a part of the family and love to participate in family activities, contribute to everyday life making things smoother with childcare tasks and just generally be a very happy new member of the family.
I feel I qualify for this position as I have extensive childcare experience volunteering in primary schools and football clubs in Australia and also au pairing overseas for 3 months in Spain and 6 months in the Netherlands.
