Dear host family,

I want to go on a new adventure and make important new relationships whilst exploring a different part of the world and learning Mandarin, which is my main motivation for becoming an au pair. I’m very encouraging, kind and patient, and I love being around people and animals of all kinds, especially dogs, cats and horses, as I’ve had 4 of my own horses throughout my life. I’ve also done dog-walking and puppy-sitting with two German Shepherds who I fell in love with!

’m a great teacher, and if you wanted help with your child learning English I would devote as much time of my day as possible to help them succeed and become fluent, confident and passionate bilingual speakers. I believe excitement and variety is such an improvement incorporation to children’s learning, and I am always looking for ways to improve what I do, meaning I would always be creating new exercises to help them learn and keeping everything positive and encouraging. My interest in psychology, having studied it in high school and gotten an A grade, is what drives me to keep researching it and learning in my spare time; I would apply this passion to create the best English teaching possible for each individual child, as I believe in the importance of education.

My idea length of stay would be from 3 months to 12 months starting in February or March 2024, but I am very flexible to your needs and willing to adapt :)
