Neeltje (18 / Ms. ), German & Dutch, Student living in Germany looking for Au Pair job in Chile, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay & Costa Rica for 3-9 Months

Dear future host family,

my name is Neeltje. I am 17 years old (turning 18 in February 2024) and I live in Bremen, which is a city in the north of Germany. At the moment I go to school, which I will finish in spring 2024 with high school diploma.
I have two siblings and a cat. My brother is 22 years old and studies sports at Kiel University. My sister is 19 years old and studies Liberal Arts and Sciences in Groningen (Netherlands). My dad is civil engineer and works for the government; my mom is an archeologist and currently works in Jordan.
I m open minded and social and like to spend time with my friends. Books and reading are a passion of mine, in particular fantasy books - I am a Hufflepuff :). I also like horseback riding, even though I am not doing it regularly anymore. Singing in a choir is also an interest of mine and crafting stuff.
I am also very active in school, participating in a debate club, in the student council and as a school mediator.
My family uses to travel a lot, but we have not been to South America yet. But we have had students from South America living with us for some time for many years.
