Experience

I have experience working as a caregiver for elderly individuals, including those with dementia and reduced mobility. I’ve supported clients with personal care such as washing, dressing, preparing meals, and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the day. I’ve also provided companionship, which I believe is just as important as physical support—whether it’s through conversation, shared activities, or simply being present.

Through this work, I’ve developed a deep respect for the elderly and an understanding of how to offer care that is both practical and compassionate. I always aim to support people in a way that preserves their dignity and independence as much as possible.
