Dear Host Family,

I hope you are having a wonderful day! My name is Yasmine, I am 23 years old and currently living in Germany. I graduated in June 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. I came to Germany in May 2025 to pursue German language studies at the C1 level, as I plan to continue my education with a Master's degree in Data Engineering.

Back in Tunisia, I was an active member of AIESEC, where I took part in several social initiatives. I was also involved with organizations that support children in need, children without parents, and elderly people. These experiences helped me develop a deep sense of empathy, responsibility, and cultural awareness, which I believe are essential qualities for being a great Au Pair.

I am looking forward to becoming part of your family, sharing cultures, and creating meaningful memories together.

Experience

I have a lot of experience taking care of children in my home country, Tunisia. I often looked after my younger cousins, neighbors’ children, and volunteered with organizations that support children in need and children without parents. These experiences taught me how to be patient, responsible, and creative when spending time with kids.

Since moving to Germany, I also had the opportunity to care for children once here, which was a great experience and helped me understand the cultural differences in parenting. I really enjoy spending time with children, playing with them, helping with homework, and supporting their development in a kind and positive way.
