Letter to the family

Hello there! I’m Lily, a 19 year old from North London, England. I would love to be an au pair for you because it creates many opportunities for me and in return I consider the children I work with as more than just work and instead give them carefree and fun childhood memories. Education is so important especially for those in the developing stages so everyday is a learning opportunity, whether that is through teaching languages, helping with schoolwork, or learning through games. I have had many experiences with children aged from 0-12 as I am an auntie to 7 children of varying ages, and also have taken on babysitting jobs. I have spent one month au pairing in Italy for 2 children which proved successful for both parties.

Experience

So far working as an au pair has been a great experience that I would like to continue. I would like to gain more insight into everyday lives of people that are not native English. Trying new foods, experiencing different cultures, and meeting different people are all things that make life interesting for me, so having an opportunity to live abroad would be a dream.
