Letter to the family

This is Precious,
28 years old who is currently an aupair in France.

I have worked with three different families and my stay has been amazing.

It takes patience, empathy understanding and a little mischief to win the heart of a kid.

In my first family at Boneval sur-Arc, I took care of Lalie(G of 6yrs)
an Tim(B of 4yrs)
We did activities together such as painting, drawing, riding bikes, construction using Legos, and during Saturdays I would accompany the kids for skying lessons. The kids were cooperative, lovely and easy to get along with.

In My 2nd Family at Corsica, I took care of Antone, (B of 4 yrs) and Lelia (G of 2yrs)
We went to the beach together, built sand castles, Divid into water, swam together, played beach volleyball and of course the kids enjoyed picking up crabs, cowery shells, and snails. My summer stay in Corsica was super amazing.

In my 3rd and current family at Bon en Chablais,

I'm taking care of Charlee(G ,of 2 yrs) and Little Malo(Boy) who just saw the world some few weeks ago.
It's a whole kind of new experience. New journey with the new born baby Malo is amazing.
It has never been too late to learn.
I speak English to both Malo and Charlee.

Experience

The goal is to improve the kid's status.
I worked as a teacher in Kenya before moving to France as an aupair.
Working with different kids has made me realize that kids are talented differently.
It is very important to engage kids in daily activities at home such as cleaning, preparing meals, and even Laundry.
Allow the kids to help where they can, through this way they are learning.

In both the three families my duties have almost been similar.
I have been accompanying kids to school and picking them up in the evening.
At the evening we do creative activities and mind engaging game such as playing cards, construction using tecaps or Legos, painting, paper crafting, Ravensburg puzzle, walking in the evening, I have been teaching the kids to speak in English to since I use English as the language of instruction and communication

I will be glad to continue with this journey in the next family!
