Letter to the family

I am a young, fun and caring girl, from England who has a great passion for teaching and anything Spanish! I teach primary school children Spanish every week and we use games and songs to learn all of the weeks content. I am extremely polite and easy to work with, I will help in any way I can even if it’s not in my job description as I understand that you will be taking me in and treating me as one of the family, so I will do anything I can to help you. I have two very young nieces who I absolutely adore. We spend every weekend together doing various activities such as painting, drawing, writing stories, doing puppet shows, singing, dancing and watching films, some experience I can bring when I care for your child/children. I am applying to be an Au pair because it incorporates my love for teaching, helping and caring for young children with my love for Spanish. I am currently doing a Spanish degree at the University of St Andrews and did my A-Levels in Spanish, Geography and Politics. I love them all and they have taught me so much about how much the world has to offer. I am dance and singing trained and would love to bring that to the job. I honestly think this will be an incredible experience not only me but for your child/children as I am extremely dedicated, passionate, happy and willing and I know it will be so fun for all.

Please get in contact if you would like to know more about me and my experience :)

Experience

First of all I love Spain and Spanish culture. I have studied Spanish for 5 years and am studying Spanish at the University of St Andrews in Scotland. Spanish is one of my greatest passions in life, and whenever I get the chance to be exposed to the Spanish language I am in! And so I thought it would be a great way to incorporate my love of Spanish with my love for teaching children. I have two nieces (1 and 6 at time of writing) and I spend all my time teaching them and learning with them. I also teach Spanish in a primary school on Wednesdays to children of 8-11 years and it is a fabulous job where we learn in the most creative ways.
