My name is Matilda and I am excited about the opportunity to become an Au Pair in Japan. I am from Australia and have always loved working with children. From a young age, I have been drawn to Japan’s culture, and it has been a dream of mine to experience life there. Becoming an Au Pair would allow me to combine my love for childcare with my enthusiasm for cultural exchange.

I have extensive experience caring for children, both professionally and personally. I have worked in a baby and children’s store, where I frequently interacted with families, assisting parents and engaging with young children and babies. Additionally, I run a small face-painting business for kids’ parties, which has given me experience in creating fun and engaging activities for children. My background in retail has also taught me patience, responsibility, and adaptability—qualities that I believe are essential when caring for children.

Beyond my childcare experience, I have a strong creative side. I love art, painting, and crafting, and I would be happy to share these interests with your children through fun and educational activities. I also enjoy spending time in nature, going for walks, and appreciating plants and animals. If your children love exploring or being creative, I would love to encourage their curiosity and imagination. I’m up to spend time doing anything that your child would enjoy, from playing video games, to studying, to creative activities:)

I am eager to support your household, help with daily tasks, and provide a fun and caring environment for your children.
