Dear Host Family,

My name is ANNA, and I am a 25-year-old aspiring Au Pair from Kerala, India. I am currently working as an Au Pair in Kerala and am very excited about the opportunity to become part of a loving and culturally rich family in Germany.

Since I was young, I’ve always had a special connection with children. I truly enjoy spending time with them—whether it's helping with daily routines, organizing fun and creative activities, or simply being someone they can trust and rely on. Becoming an Au Pair gives me a wonderful opportunity to combine my passion for childcare with my desire to learn more about new cultures and improve my language skills.

Germany has always fascinated me with its rich traditions, strong family values, and beautiful language. I have been learning German for the past 8 months and currently speak at a B2 level. I’m continuing to improve my skills every day, and I look forward to communicating with your family and becoming more fluent through real-life experience. In addition to German, I also speak English and my native language, Malayalam.

I believe I would be a great addition to your family because I am reliable, warm-hearted, and respectful. I am patient and love engaging with children, and I understand how important it is to provide them with a safe, structured, and happy environment. I have hands-on experience taking care of children of various ages and am certified in First Aid and Basic Life Support. You can trust me to always act with care, attention, and responsibility.

My Experience as an Au Pair and Why I Want to Become an Au Pair Abroad

I currently work as an Au Pair in Kerala, India, where I have gained hands-on experience in taking care of children from different age groups. My responsibilities include helping with their daily routines such as preparing meals, assisting with homework, organizing indoor and outdoor activities, and ensuring a safe and happy environment. Through this experience, I have learned how to connect with children, understand their needs, and build trust through patience and consistency.

I would love to become an Au Pair abroad, especially in Germany, because it offers a beautiful opportunity for cultural exchange. I am very interested in learning about German traditions, lifestyle, and language. Living with a German family would give me the chance to improve my language skills, adapt to a new culture, and broaden my worldview. At the same time, I am excited to share my own culture, values, and traditions with the host family.
