Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hi. I'm Alberto, 51 years old man living with my mom in Chivasso, a town near Turin (Torino), well connected by trains. Train station is about 15 minutes walk from our home and it takes about 20-30 minutes to get to Turin. There are language schools in Chivasso and Turin.
I work in Turin so I'd like to find someone who can keep company to my mom and help with those easy tasks people normally do at their home, like cleaning the house, laundry, cooking, going to supermarkets. My mom is 86 years old, she's ok with her mind, she still drives the car but she gets tired easily and can't do everything.
I'm also very busy on weekends too having to go away far.
We live on the edge of the town in a small bulding of 6 families with green area outside but still inside the town.

We are looking for an easy going and simple girl who likes to keep company and help an old lady.
Flexible timetables according to the needs and desires of the au pair.
We understand the au pair can have completely different eating habits so I am available to buy food in eyhnic groceries in Turin to help her have her favourite food. No need to eat everyone the same food.
