Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Dear Au Pair's or Nanny Candidates,

Welcome to the Dance family! We are so excited at the prospect of you joining our home in Danville, California, USA.

We're a family of five: Andrea, myself, and our three children, Nash (14), Beau (11), and Brielle (8). Our home is a lively and loving space, brimming with laughter, energy, and a deep appreciation for the world around us.

Andrea and I have always valued cultural exchange and exploration. We've been fortunate to live abroad and travel extensively, and we believe that experiencing different cultures enriches our lives and broadens our perspectives. We're eager to learn from you and share our experiences and traditions.

Right now, we're facing a challenging period as Andrea is undergoing cancer treatment. While we remain positive and hopeful, we need a little extra support to ensure our children's needs are met and our home runs smoothly. We believe an au pair can be an invaluable addition to our family during this time, providing stability, care, and companionship for our children.

We envision a year filled with growth, connection, and shared experiences. We're excited to cheer Nash on at his sporting events, explore nature with the adventurous Beau, and engage in imaginative play with the creative Brielle. We also look forward to sharing meals, stories, and traditions from our respective cultures, fostering a mutual understanding and appreciation.

We understand that leaving home and embarking on this adventure can be both exciting and daunting. We want to assure you that we're committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where you'll feel like a valued member of our family. We're happy to assist with any adjustments you may need and will provide opportunities for you to pursue your own interests and make new friends in our vibrant community.

Thank you for considering joining our family. We're excited to hear from you and learn more about you!

Warmly,
The Dance Family
