Hi - i am a single mother with 2 children - wilbur aged 10 - and winnie aged 2 but about to turn 3. I am looking for someone to help me mostly with Winnie and keeping on top of the house, also general admin as I run a property development company. Winnie is a very active fun and engaging little one. She needs someone who is experienced with younger children and that can set up a nice structure for her and be happy to be outdoors and play. She loves to play. I have a large house in a rural area with lots of land, space and horses all around. Lovely walks, sunsets and animals. I need someone who can drive, and drive well, as they are my children and we live on country lanes. We are in a nice spot as whilst it is country it is close to Brighton and Hove - 20 mins a wonderful coastal town and also Haywards Heath - 46 mins into London. The house work alongside is light but includes daily reset of the house and rooms and helping keep on top of the day to day. There is mainly school runs with wilbur and winnie. I am looking for a kind and caring, ideally outdoors lover, curious and a hard worker who has a softness but can also be direct and firm (in a positive way!) and express themselves well in regard to what they like and need to also be happy in a role in a family. I also would like someone safety conscious.
