Dear Au Pair,

Welcome to our family! We are thrilled to have you join us and are looking forward to getting to know you better. Let me introduce you to our family of five.

I’m Catia and my partner is Jazz . We are both working professionals, and while we stay busy with our jobs, family time is our top priority. We love spending time outdoors, cooking together, and exploring new places on weekends.

Our children are Kaïa 10 months old, Zendaya 7yrs old and Zaiyden 9yrs old . The 2 oldest ones are from my partners previous relationship and live with their mum full time and occasionally spend the weekends with us.They are full of energy, curious, and always ready to try new things. Kaïa loves going for walks and watch the ducks at the local duck pond , zendaya is into gymnastics and arts& crafts and Zaiyden is the oldest , and loves football and playing with his Nintendo. They are excited to meet you and eager to learn from you!

We want you to feel comfortable and at home with us, and we see you as an important part of our family. We hope that your time here will be filled with fun, new experiences, and happy memories. We are here to support you and ensure that you have everything you need to settle in and feel at ease.

Job Description

We are looking for an Au Pair to join our family, care for our children, and help with their daily routines. We value open communication, cultural exchange, and creating a supportive home environment.
You will be essentially looking after the 10 month old baby Kaïa , 30hrs per week and occasionally any other weekend the 2 oldest kids.

Job Responsibilities:

• Childcare:
• Assist with the daily care of our children, including meal preparation, feeding, dressing, and hygiene.
• Supervise the children during playtime, activities, and outings.
• Help with homework and educational activities as needed.
• Plan and engage the children in fun, creative, and age-appropriate activities.
• Light Housekeeping:
• Help with tidying up after the children, such as cleaning up play areas, and their rooms.
• Assist with children’s laundry and keeping their clothes organized.
• Schedule:
• Typically 30Hours per week, with 2 or 3 days off each week.
• Flexibility for occasional babysitting during evenings or weekends (with prior agreement).

Requirements:

• A genuine love for children and previous experience in childcare.
• Responsible, reliable, and patient with a positive attitude.
• A good communicator, open to learning, and comfortable living in a family setting.
• Basic knowledge of English with a willingness to improve if needed. (We also encourage language exchange and are happy to support your language learning.)
• driving not essential but if you do that would be great
