A little about me: I’m an entrepreneur involved in several businesses across industries including property, manufacturing, and tech. Life moves quickly, but it also gives me the freedom and flexibility to spend quality time with my four incredible kids. Family means everything to me. While our days can be full, our home is always filled with love, laughter, and the occasional chaos that comes with raising a lively crew.

Of all my life’s achievements, nothing makes me prouder than my four amazing children. They’re bursting with energy, curiosity, and personality - and I know they’ll be excited to get to know you.

Our family values are built on solid foundations of trust, respect, integrity, loyalty, and care. These principles guide how we live, how we treat others, and how we welcome you into our home.

We’re genuinely looking forward to learning more about your background, your culture, and what brought you here. Most importantly, we want you to feel truly at home with us.

As a family, we live a comfortable and fulfilling life, and we believe in sharing that with the people who become part of our world. You’ll be staying in our well-located luxury home approximately 40 minutes from Melbourne CBD, which includes access to a private gym and swimming pool. You’ll also have the use of a Mercedes-Benz 4WD to help with driving the kids and getting around - so you can enjoy your time here with freedom and ease.

While your role comes with clear responsibilities, we’re flexible in how we shape the arrangement together. Whether it's joining us on holidays, enjoying special experiences, or simply being treated now and then - through gifts or fun outings - we want you to feel valued, appreciated, and fully included. You're not just here to help; you're here to be part of the family.

Job Description

As our au pair, you’ll play an essential role in supporting the smooth running of our busy household and helping to create a positive and engaging environment for our children.

While each day may bring something different, your core responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with morning and afternoon routines, such as getting the kids ready for school, preparing lunches, and supporting after-school activities.

- Engaging with the children through play, helping with homework, and attending their sports practices and other activities, ensuring they’re motivated and having fun.

- Helping with light household duties such as tidying up after the kids, laundry, and maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces.

- Preparing simple meals or snacks for the children when necessary.

- Supporting bedtime routines when required, creating a calm and comforting environment for them.

Our lifestyle is one that offers flexibility and opportunity.

While your role is integral to the day-to-day flow of the family, we also want to ensure that you have the space to enjoy your time in Australia. We value work-life balance, and as such, we offer flexibility in the arrangement. Whether you’d like to take trips, explore new hobbies, or enjoy downtime, we’ll support you in making the most of your time here.

Important to note: You’ll be working with us 50% of the time, as my wife shares the care of the children, with them spending the other 50% of the time with her. This means that while your responsibilities are integral to our daily routine, your role will be balanced, allowing you to enjoy personal time, explore the area, and fully immerse yourself in the Australian experience.

Accommodation

As our au pair, you’ll be staying in a beautifully appointed, luxury home that offers both comfort and privacy. Our property is in a prime location, offering easy access to local amenities, transport, and the vibrant culture of Australia.

You’ll have your own private, fully furnished room, complete with a comfortable bed, ample storage space, and everything you need to feel at home. The home itself is spacious, modern, and meticulously maintained, featuring high-end finishes throughout. You’ll have access to all the shared spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, living areas, and, of course, our outdoor areas with a swimming pool and well-maintained gardens.

For your convenience and enjoyment, you’ll also have access to a fully equipped gym right at the property, allowing you to maintain your health and fitness in a private and comfortable environment.

In addition to this, we’re providing you with a Mercedes-Benz $WD for your personal use during your stay. This means you’ll have the freedom to explore and enjoy your time in Australia, whether it’s for errands, leisure, or weekend getaways.

We want you to feel truly at home, and our aim is to ensure that both your work and personal time are enriched by the comfortable and welcoming environment we provide.
