We are a very lively, welcoming family of six. Our eldest daughter is also part of our family, but she no longer lives here.

There's always something going on in our house, which makes it a little special at times. Two of our children live with disabilities, which makes our everyday lives special, sometimes challenging, but also colorful. This includes a loyal dog, a stubborn cat, and two cars. By arrangement, one of the cars can be used for a few days.

We are very involved in our village life—be it through festivals, volunteer work, or spontaneous activities. And we love getting out and about together.

Our home isn't always perfectly tidy (who can manage that?), but it's full of life, laughter, and the occasional chaos. Structure is important to us—at least in theory. In practice, we juggle appointments, needs, hobbies, and the everyday madness with a lot of heart and humor.

We have two children with the disability FASD (Fetal Alcohol Syndrome). These are two foster children (a 12-year-old and a 1-year-old). Therefore, these two need very special care and support. We also want to do something for ourselves as a couple from time to time. Therefore, we would like an au pair to support us. We also want to have the opportunity to do something individually with each child. Therefore, we would be happy to find someone who feels up to this task.

The city of Stade is very close, and it's easy to get there by bus or car. The German course will definitely take place there.
