Susan is a kind and good-mannered girl, she helped us a lot in this month. She love spicy and sour food and like to taste the new food. During the time with your new family member, communication is very important.
Hope we can have a long-term cooperation. I likes his personality and education background, hopefully he could come to our family and grow up with our boy. We would also take him to a lot of places.

However my first Au Pair experience was not so great as I think she is not very self motivated to learn about a new culture or try integrating into a new family.
