We were so lucky to have her: our toddler, who was afraid of everyone, smiled at her immediately after we picked her up from the airport. They had a super strong bond from the start.
Serena was heaven sent. She was on the same wavelength as our children right from the start and fitted in fantastically with our family. It was extremely difficult for us to say goodbye to her and we already miss her very much.

Through aupair.com we found this great candidate (the ninth already) and upon arriving we had a immediate click between the kids and the au-pair.
