Hi there Future Host Family!
My name is Diana and I am a 22-year-old Mexican-american living in the United States of America. I am currently working as a Bilingual Paraprofessional at high school. My job consists of assisting teachers and also students whose native tongue is not English. I also graduated with a bachelors in Spanish and Hispanic studies and I am fluent in two languages (Spanish, and English).

One of my dreams has always been to be able to teach abroad, and so being an Au Pair will definitely prepare me for that. I also have always loved working with children as well, and I have had many experiences doing so. I have had experiences in school settings, as a camp counselor, and as well as informal experiences like (Babysitting family members, etc.)

As a current ESL assitant teacher, I work with students who are learning English. I mostly communicate with the students in English as a from for them to learn. I can assure you with the full immersion of hosting me as a Au Pair and a Live-in Tutor I will do my best in fully immersing your child/children in my native tongue (English)/ and or (Spanish).

I qualify for this position, because as I have previously stated I have lots of experience working with children from ages 3-18. As well as this, I am a very adaptable person and I could be able to adapt myself in many situations/environments. I have also previously traveled to many places inside and outside of the country. If I were to be chosen to be an Au Pair and or Live-in Tutor, I can assure to you and your family that I will do the best of my capabilities to bring my culture, language, and intriguing customs.
