My name is Neo (20). I am the first grandchild of 6 with age gaps of 4, 5, 9, 11 and 19. Although I am the oldest of many grandchildren, I have only 1 sibling (16) who is 4 years younger than me. I’ve had my fair share of diaper changes and giggles from my little ones. I come from a fairly big family so nothing catches me off guard.

With little to no experience of childcare, but that of my siblings and cousins, I’ve honed my skills in keeping little ones entertained, safe, and curious about the world. From crafting the perfect pancake smiley face to orchestrating puppet shows, I believe in nurturing both creativity and structure. But rest assured, I’m of course willing to handle the serious responsibilities that come with caring for children, like ensuring homework is done and meltdowns are managed with patience and empathy.
