Hello. My name is Ruthie. I am 23 years old. I am currently taking some time off from school to focus on my non-academic interests. I live in Kentucky, but I have spent the past two years abroad in Shanghai, China. I loved my abroad experience, and being an Au Pair would allow me to continue to see the world. I love working with kids, and I have spent the majority of my time in Kentucky helping my brother and his wife take care of their three year old daughter. I take her for walks and bike rides, and I am currently helping her learn how to swim. I live on a farm, so I also love having pets and taking care of animals. I hope that I can join your family and be able to help out around the house as well.
I would love to spend time getting to know not only your family and your traditions, but also I would love to learn about your culture and beliefs. I believe that children are the future, and I know that the world is a scary place, but I want to teach them that there is also so much love in the world.
