Hi there, I’m Alice - im 18 and I’m looking to find new places, new people and new experiences whilst I work out what i want to do later in life. I am the eldest of 4 siblings, who are ages 1,4 and 15. My oldest sister also has learning difficulties to which I am well accustomed to and has lead me to applying to volunteer with special needs children later in my gap year. Amongst many babysitting jobs and looking after my siblings, child care has always been a big part of my life and in order to explore different places I thought it would be a great way to also give a helping hand to a family that needs it. I’m a chatty and outgoing person who is pretty comfortable both in my own company and in social environments. I was fortunate enough to grow up in the countryside of Norfolk which was also by the sea and was lucky enough to have horses and dogs so I love to spend time outdoors and doing fun activities and I always say thank you to my mum for giving me a childhood without technology and social media, so therefore I always like to do things with my siblings or children I look after. Obviously due to just finishing my a levels, I am not a childcare professional however I am completely open to doing what you as a family deem is best and I can offer a smiley, positive and hard working approach as someone who wants a new adventure in another place. Lastly I’m also flexible and easy going and completely comfortable with adapting to whatever you would need me for in order for your lives to be a little easier. - I’m open to any place, country or continent.
