Hi to my future host! :) I am a 19-year-old newly graduated Finnish girl looking for something meaningful to do during my gap year. I love to run and read and am incredibly curious to explore the world also in many other ways such as travelling and making authentic connections with new people. On my free time I usually do sports or something fun with my friend group. I'm learning to play piano and guitar (with bit of a poor success) and take great pleasure in painting, drawing and in other arts. For a fun, positive and very curious soul I'm also calm, responsible and extremely patient and also consider myself as very open-minded and resilient. I'm super interested in biology and especially psychology. In Finnish high school I read a lot about parenting and educational psychology and I think that the opportunity to be an au pair would widen my perspective about this matter a lot.

I work right now in a hotel&restaurant and have worked in an AI development project, have been modelling for sports clothing collection and managed the company's marketing. I've also worked as a substitute at daycare centers in 1-3 year-olds groups so I enjoy being especially with young children but I of course love the company of all kids! I have experience with children of all ages due to being a big sister for five younger siblings and taking care of them when necessary for most of my life. With this experience I'm able to nurse many children at a time. Of course this would be a completely new experience as you would be my first au pair host family but to my defence I'm a fast learner! I'm also super flexible so I won't be a bother :)

I would be thrilled to be apart of some lovely family's life and do everything needed with love and consistency. I'm super motivated for this experience so as your au pair I will be present in every moment and enjoy the job which children can also sense in adults. I want the kids to be as enriched by this experience as me!

Now that I've graduated I feel the need to search for something totally new and take those things as opportunities to learn. Being an au pair in a new country and culture is expressly that which is why you can trust on me being just the one to take best care of your kids and do it happily.
