Dear Family,
My name is Kendall, I am 22 years old, and from the United States. I am looking for a welcoming host family to be a part of.
I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration; my major was Real Estate. My long-term goal and dream is to work to develop affordable housing. I currently work as a childcare provider for an after-school care program. I also work part-time as a brand ambassador for an alcoholic beverage company.
My favorite things to do with kids are singing and dancing, playing card games & trivia games, and arts & crafts (I can draw whatever they want!). In my free time, I enjoy watching TV shows, playing video games and card games with my friends, and trying new restaurants & bars.
In my family, there is my mom and dad, my older sister, me, my younger brother, and my younger sister. Also, much of my extended family lives within a 5-minute drive from me. In the summer, my extended family has weekly pool parties every Sunday. We are a close family, and I am looking for another good family to host me.
I want to become an au pair because I want a true cultural exchange. It's not just about having a holiday; I genuinely want to understand your family's way of life. I'm eager to learn about your culture and share aspects of my own culture with you.
Hosting me as your au pair would be great for your family. I have lots of experience with kids, so I know how to take care of them. I always make sure the kids have fun and enjoy their time. I'm good at listening and can adjust to your family's needs. I'm friendly and keep things clean and safe. Also, I'm excited to learn new things and explore with you and the kids. I can help them learn and grow while having a great time together.
I qualify for the position because I have many years of childcare experience, which means I have learned a lot, and I am good at what I do. I am also certified in CPR and CPI ( Crisis Prevention Intervention) in case anything was to happen.
