Letter to the family

Hello, I'm a young woman who took a break from her professional career in Brazil to take a gap year and learn new languages. I'm here because I love children and, above all, family life. When I was studying at university, I was welcomed by my friends' families for lunches and special get-togethers. My parents lived very far away and it took me two days to get there, so I often had to stay in the city where I was studying. So the family environment is very important to me.
I'm very patient, creative, empathetic with other people, I know how to make healthy food, I like sports (as long as they don't involve heights and places where I can't put my foot down haha)

Experience

I have experience with autistic children, in my family I have a four-year-old sister and three cousins, so I understand how to deal with these children while respecting their emotions and limits.
As an agronomist, I worked in schools and villages on environmental education with children and the elderly. I've also volunteered in NGOs that support children and the elderly, teaching them how to reuse what could be waste with recycling and handicrafts, and I've been a teacher and assistant at my church's Sunday schools and retreats.
