Sulamita (19 / Ms. ), Brazilian, Administration living in Brazil looking for Au Pair & Nanny job in USA for 7-10 Months

Dear Future Host Family,
My name is Sulamita and i’m 18 years old. I was born and live in the city of Belo Horizonte, capital of Minas Gerais, in Brazil. I live with my mother, Ilca (51), my father Moacir (63), and my sister Yasmin(21), we love spending time together at home or trips, they are the person I most love in the hole world. We have two little dogs that are part of our family.
I can describe myself as a girl with an open mind, calm, caring, honest, funny, understandable and focused. I like music and dancing. In my free time, I enjoy watch movies, go to the mall and spend time with who I love. I like sports even though I’m not good at most of them and go the gym. I got my driver’s liscense last year and I like to drive too.
I graduated high school in 2020, and now I'm just working. I intend to study business when I get back from the exchange. I really think this Exchange is an ideal path for someone like me, who loves children and want to improve my English skills, which will add to my resume and bring me many job opportunities in the future. I assure my application will show you that I am really good experienced with children.
First, I worked with my Mom’s friend. I taked care of she’s son everyday for over a year at his home, I was responsible to help in the daily routine, homeworks, doing meals, play with him and other activites.
During the high school, I did a voluntary job on the weekend with children between 1-9 years old, I was responsible to play with them, help with the meals, take care of them in the pool and that was a great experience for me, added me a lot of knowledge.
I believe that children can teach us so many things such as humbleness, simplicity and honesty. I love when I’m playing with children and I can put a smile on her face, it really makes me so happy. I think is very interesting and fascinating to be an Au Pair and be able to discover about the different parts and cultures of the United States. I want to grow more as a responsible and independent person. I’m very dedicated and I will take my Au Pair tasks with perfection, and you will have always my best! I had a happy childhood and I want to convey this to the children I will care as their Au Pair. I will do my best for you and your vhildren and my year as your Au Pair will be rewarding and positively memorable for us all. I can wait to find out what it’s really like to be part of an American Family!!
