I have been a nanny for my brother and cousins since I was 9 years old so I have a lot of experience. When I was younger, it was pretty difficult for me but lately I find kids very interesting to communicate with. To see how they think and how they perceive the world and they also help you to see things from a different angle. I think with children of 2-4 years old I already can take care of. Older kids it's the most fun because you can communicate with them, talk about many topics and you basically can give some life lessons or explain many things. I know what mistakes my parents did parenting me so I want to treat any kid as I will treat my own because I know how to do it in a better way. Children always love me because the key for building good relations it's to be a friend for the child, not a boss.
When i see older people somewhere outside even, I always want to help them because I see how some things are difficult for them to do;(. It makes me want to save them. I lost my grandfather when I was little. I remember how well treated I was but I didn't appreciate it due to my age. Now I want to treat elderly people with kindness and care. That's what they deserve.
