Hello, my name is Lucy! When I was a teenager I visited friends in Queensland and NSW, and ever since then, I’ve imagined myself living in such a beautiful country.

I’ve worked in my current preschool for eight years now, and absolutely love it. I truly believe the time has come for me to broaden my career, and I know Australia is where I want to be.

I’d love to look after and care for children, as well as educate them and be a part of their culture. I’d love to teach children everything I know, as well as learn to be part of a different families lifestyle. I’m so open to learning new things, and would enjoy a lifestyle change.

I’ve had many years experience working in the Early Years! I began as an apprentice in my current nursery, in the preschool room with children aged 3-5. Although I work primarily in the preschool room, I have great experience with children of all ages. Since beginning as an apprentice, I’ve worked my way up and am now the ‘Room Leader’ of my classroom. I am in charge of many roles, from looking after the children, to organising events and attending a weekly forest school in the local woods. I am very familiar with children as young as 3 months, but also have experienced older children through the regular babysitting I do.

I’m an easygoing, flexible person, who is organised, friendly and very enthusiastic. I will love your children like my own, and am excited to teach them everything know.
