My name is Romina, I am 27 years old and I come from Hungary. I am a warm, responsible and fun loving person who genuinely enjoy spending time with children and bringing joy to others. I studied for four years at one of Hungary’s top universities to become a teacher, but eventually decided to follow a different path. Still, my love for working with kids never left me.

I have a background in customer service and currently work in event management, where I organize high-level corporate events. This role requires a lot of planning, problem-solving, multitasking and communication skills that are also essential when caring for children and supporting a busy household. I’ve also worked in retail and as an office manager, so I am used to being flexible, reliable and people-focused in fast-paced environments.

I always wanted to do something like this and for me it feels like a “now or never” moment. Becoming an Au Pair and Nanny is the perfect combination of caring for children, living abroad and creating meaningful new connections. I volunteered both online and in person with children living in poverty and I recently became an aunt, an experience that made me even more confident in my ability to care for and bond with little ones.
