Letter to the family

Dear host family

Hello family, I hope you are very well, my name is Bryan and I am 24 years old (I will be almost 25 in a month), I live in Guatemala, in a town called San Miguel Petapa. I am a graduate of Accounting Expert and have studied Business Psychology at the University of Galileo in Guatemala (I have completed my first year).

About me? I'm a very dedicated person and committed to the things I do, I take every project with great responsibility, I'm honest and above all responsible.

My family core is medium sized, I have 3 siblings Edgar, Tania and Alex all older, I am the youngest and my mom Magaly who I love very much, I have two nephews Daniel who is 6 years old now and Santiago, who will be 4 years old, both you are spoiled and more for me.

We love spending time with family and especially going out on the weekends when we can live together. I love husky dogs and my favorite sport might be volleyball, I love to travel and most importantly always try something new, constant learning is something I enjoy as I never stop dreaming and cultivating new possibilities.

This year I decided to fulfill my dream of becoming an au pair in Germany. My family supports my decision and is very happy for me. I appreciate the opportunity to improve my German, to get to know your lifestyle, your habits and your country, which I admire a lot. And what could be better than doing what I love! I love spending time with children and learning everything they can teach me every day. They learn a lot from us, but we learn more from them than we think.

The experience of taking care of my nephews has been quite awesome in sharing with the kids voluntarily and on the way of my friends, many of them have kids and I loved that part of sharing.

Thank you so much for reading me and I imagine myself sharing and telling all my adventures and enormous great moments we had to my family once I get back to Guatemala and sharing with my super nephews a new language German.

I also know how to cook for them and do different types of activities with them such as: drawing, crafts, board games, outdoor games, soccer, dolls with the girls, painting with watercolors or crayons.

13 and 9 years old, the boys and a little girl of 6 which added to my experience.

I want to be an au pair
Because it is the best opportunity to do everything I like: learning culture, being an older brother to a child, gastronomy, learning a new language, meeting new people, having new experiences and, above all, learning a lot from my family and integrating into one from them.

My dream is to be able to travel and see the world through my eyes, to help me gain more self-confidence and as I said, getting to know new cultures is always a personal enrichment.
